From The Royal Mint’s second of three coins from their ‘Myths & Legends’ series: the 2022 Maid Marian 1oz gold coin.

Part of a series Honouring British folklore, Marian is depicted in the woods with a bow and a quiver of arrows on her back. The coin was designed by Jody Clark of The Royal Mint.

The 2022 Maid Marian gold coin is 24-carat / 999.9 purity and contains one troy ounce of gold.

As with other British currency, this coin is exempt of any Capital Gains Tax and VAT.

The Maid Marian coin, minted by the Royal Mint, celebrates Maid Marian, a central figure in Robin Hood folklore, known for her beauty, intelligence, and unwavering support for Robin Hood’s cause.
