• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM GMT will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Free for orders over £50. A flat rate of £4.95 applies to orders below £50.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Available for a flat rate of £9.95.
• Next Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 2 PM GMT for next business day delivery. Available for a flat rate of £12.95.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
• Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
